The official language of the meeting is English. Simultaneous interpretation will not be available.

Meeting Attire

The attire for the in-person educational sessions is business.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

In-person Meeting Registration:

All registration fees, less a $25.00 administration fee, will be refunded upon written notice of cancellation to the AHRS office received on or before November 18, 2022.

There will be no refund of fees for cancellation or for lack of attendance without notification. It is your responsibility to ensure that your cancellation request has been received by the AHRS headquarters office. All refund requests must be in writing. “No shows” who have not pre-paid will be invoiced for the total registration fee.

Virtual Meeting Registration:

All virtual meeting registration fees, less a $25.00 administration fee, will be refunded upon written notice of cancellation to the AHRS office received on or before November 18, 2022. No refunds will be given after this date.
